Lead Software Engineer (Backend, C#, .NET Core, API)

We're looking for a Lead Backend Software Engineer with deep expertise in server-side development and a proven track record of leading technical teams. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs, while also mentoring team members and contributing to architectural decisions. The Lead Backend Software Engineer will work closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure rapid, predictable and stable software delivery.ResponsibilitiesAs a backend engineer, you will lead the design and development of scalable services and APIs using modern technologies, with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and robust architecture. You'll play a key role in shaping backend infrastructure, making critical system design decisions, and optimizing database performance and data architecture. Working closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and designers, you'll help deliver high-impact features that drive the product forward. In addition to contributing to system architecture and infrastructure planning, you'll provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers.
