For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older No high school diploma, GED or college degree required No experience required and on-the-job- training is providedPreferred Qualifications: One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferredResponsibilities: Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately Accept accountability for cash transactions Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift.
