Conduct preventive maintenance, including lubrication and monitoring operations for noise and vibration.
Execute emergency and breakdown maintenance to support plant operations.
Utilize measurement and testing equipment accurately.
Perform repairs and installations on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems.
Install wiring and conduit for new and existing equipment, such as conveyors and machinery.
Replace faulty electrical components, including relays, switches, motors, and sensors.
Diagnose and repair electronic components, including printed circuit boards.
Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as AC and DC drives.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, block diagrams, and PLC ladder logic.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper cleanup after tasks.
Accurately prepare and maintain maintenance records and documentation.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and self-motivation to complete tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
