Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Analyst in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of HR systems. This role is vital to the organization as it supports our rapid growth and acquisitions by ensuring smooth interactions between HR processes and technology.Responsibilities: Oversee the integration and implementation of HRIS systems, aligning them seamlessly with payroll, benefits, compensation, and onboarding processes. Handle system updates and configurations in response to acquisitions and business changes. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. Analyze existing systems and processes to find opportunities for automation and improved efficiency. Ensure the functionality of HRIS aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements. Collaborate with HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, and IT teams to understand their needs and ensure effective system integration. Conduct training for HR and operational teams on system functionalities and updates. Serve as the expert for HRIS-related inquiries and technical issues. Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve system challenges. Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the HRIS.
