Siemens Energy is in the process of redefining its Global Mobility Management (GMM) with a focus on independent, state of the art consultation and service delivery to the business.We are looking for high-impact, experienced and hands-on Regional Global Mobility Project Business Consultant to play a key role in enabling our business through tailor made assignment project concepts, working with SE colleagues and coordinating with external advisors across the globe. You will be guiding our business through the bid/offer and order of our cross-border activities while ensuring compliance with all internal and external laws/policies.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a business at the forefront of the Energy Transition.A Snapshot of Your DayIn this role you are part of a team of Global Project Consultants. In addition to day-to-day project concept consulting particularly in the areas of income and social taxes, immigration and (employment) law) for our business, you drive the implementation of a global Project Consulting foundation and connect with our business managers to ensure speed of personnel mobilization in a compliant, repeatable way.How You’ll Make an Impact

You are responsible for providing Global Mobility-focused business project consulting to your business partners in your assigned region for both bids/offers and orders, ensuring that the project concepts follow all relevant immigration, tax, social security and labor laws.

Proactively identify the Global Mobility needs of your internal customers; develop country assignment concepts as well as business focused concepts for customer projects in both the offer (bid stage) and execution phases.

Drive optimization and implementation of cross-border ways of working defined during Best Practice Sharing sessions internally and externally.

Partner up with colleagues across vendors, HR and legal organization as well as with the corporate Tax function in various countries, understand specific tax concepts and their impact on the business; proactively find effective solutions for the business to succeed in the bidding stage of the projects while collaborating with teams from the business.

Lead by example, sharing your knowledge on a regular basis with business and within the GMM stakeholder community on customer project consulting concepts, challenges and opportunities.

Proactively contact the business virtually and in person. The focus is to consult on strategic assignment concepts within our projects.

Identify and understand risk associated with cross border business and find solutions on how to avoid risk for the business and find suitable and cost-efficient solutions.

Bring fresh ideas on project consulting topics by applying your knowledge and sharing these with the business and GMM customer community.

What You Bring

You have more 8+ years of professional experience and a proven background in International Human Resources and Tax Consulting.

You have a detailed understanding of international project work and experience with short term delegations (up to 6 months).

Ideally you have worked for a sizeable international company and have experience with living and/or working in different regions / with different cultures.

You have a detailed understanding of project commercials from the bid through project close-out stages and are able to influence Siemens Energy’s commercial propositions through your Global Mobility expertise.

You have outstanding communication and presentation skills

You are a standout colleague who is flexible to work in a global team of experts

Willingness to travel (infrequent travel is encouraged)
