We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to support our account management team and ensure smooth operations in client projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist account executives in managing client accounts and project timelines.Prepare and organize client documentation, reports, and presentations.Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and internal teams.Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and project milestones.Support the creation of proposals, contracts, and other client materials.Handle administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow within the department
