JOB SUMMARY: Plans, schedules and procures necessary labor and materials for the successful completion of the PMs and data management systems as well as scheduled work process.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interface/manage data management systems to include: writing work procedures and reports, training management, audit scheduling, audit/inspection closures, trending, data uploads, data QC and procurement.
Tracks equipment use, calibration and failure. Initiated PMs/work orders and procurements for scheduled work as necessary.
Schedules PMs, work orders, audits, training, monitoring, calibrations, uploads as needed based upon protocols. Works closely with EHS operations managers when planning scheduled work and recommends a shift in resources/projects when necessary. Provides a detailed scope of work, procedures and estimated times, materials and resources needed for all projects to be performed.
Monitors all transactions for assigned group, material usage, vendors and accurately maintains record documentation of said usage. Tracks and maintains inventory for parts, equipment, supplies for assigned group. Monitors budget and cost-effective measures as assigned.
Performs miscellaneous administrative duties; analyzes incident and audit trends, generates purchase orders, PMs and work orders, evaluates cost cutting measures and gathers information for assigned EHS team, performs audits, inspections, risk assessments as assigned.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school degree or GED required.
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 Years: Theme park and/or EHS experience preferred;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
