- Interfaces with senior leadership to provide strategic and tactical advice on program/project planning and execution.
- Oversees implementation of processes and products to increase project management effectiveness.
- Appoints or approves the appointment of Project Managers.
- Facilitates approval (through Project Review Boards) for scope and objectives, schedule and resources, roles and responsibilities of all projects.
- Oversees development and deployment of project controls tools, methodologies, and systems.
- Coordinates recurrent enterprise program/project budgets and resource forecasts.
- Facilitates resource, budget, timing, and deliverables issues resolution for all programs and projects.
- Oversees coaching and mentoring of project team members in the use of project management tools and processes and develops training standards for project managers.
- Ensures consistency through the development and implementation of methodology.
- Oversees risk management and change control processes.
- Maintains a master status list of projects and provides "dashboard" reports and analysis to senior leadership.
- Oversees the development of effective program/project tools to aid in process standardization (project audits, reports, templates, knowledge management tools such as a "Lessons Learned" library, and intranet).
- With business development team, participates in business case and proposal development to ensure integration between the project planning effort and other functional areas, such as engineering, research and development, operations, marketing, and sales.
- Oversees development of program/project business cases, plans, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Facilitates resolution of multi-project resource and integration conflicts.
- Accountable for Program budget.
- Advanced degree (minimum, Master's degree) in a relevant field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10 years of project/program management experience, in a leadership position managing with technical teams to develop enterprise class solutions, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating large scale, cross functional projects working seamlessly with various stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Thorough understanding of budgeting, project management, and resource management.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Customer and results oriented.
- Capable of developing solutions to complex, integrated business problems.
- Extensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies; extensive experience with using relevant project management and business management computer software.

- Experience managing technical projects in Guest/Customer Identity or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience in supporting hospitality and/or large-scale business systems.
