Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining customer product and service standards
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
Ensure exceptional customer service and store experience
Greet and assist every customer with a smile
Execute quality store operations
Make lightening fast, fresh, and accurate sandwiches
Restock food and drink products as needed throughout shift
Maintain standards of cleanliness throughout store
Adhere to food safety and security guidelines
Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
Operate drive-thru with lightening speed accuracy, if applicable
Requirements:
Eligibility to work on the U.S.
Reliable and punctual
Exhibit a great attitude, excellent customer service skills and a SUPER BIG SMILE!
Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly, as well as stand, bend, reach, and stoop throughout the shift
Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with varying temperatures
Availability and willingness to work high volume shifts
Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John’s Dress Code
