This position does not involve social media management but focuses on building effective communication channels and strategies.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.Develop and implement communication strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate and consistent messaging.Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve communication practices.Support the management team with ad hoc communication-related tasks.
