As a Call Center Operator, you will:Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests.Answer, route calls, and takes messages to the appropriate departments. Completes daily reports and records as required.Supply information to callers and record messages.Call back all guests who called to assure completion of the request.Maintain required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required.Be a liaison with front desk daily for services and the VIP lists.This individual must possess and adhere to the following core values:Integrity – Doing the right thing when no one is looking.Passion – Creating a positive impact.Work Ethic – Taking pride in your work.
