2025 Brokerage Analyst Program

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Brokerage Analyst Program is designed to introduce young professionals to the brokerage side of the commercial real estate industry by providing immediate learning opportunities. Stream’s Analysts learn about day-to-day business functions and decision-making processes of our tenant representation and landlord representation teams, as well as interfacing with all levels of management.  The Analyst Program will develop the three major competencies necessary for a successful career in commercial real estate: market knowledge, financial knowledge, and legal knowledge. These essential concepts require a solid foundation knowledge in order to be successful at Stream. RESPONSIBILITIESAttain knowledge in understanding the full spectrum of responsibilities and day-to-day tasks involved with project leasing, tenant representation, and general real estateProvide analytical and marketing support to the brokerage teamAssist with market surveys, land and amenity maps, competitive sets, lease abstracts, property projects, research, data analytics and implementation, and prospect reportsGather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to identify new business opportunities for the teamDevelop relationships in the real estate industryParticipate in property tours and stacking plans for propertiesCoordinate tour packets and sales pitch materialsAssist with special projects as needed
