In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining our brand vision and strategy for the Travel and Membership business. A passionate and collaborative thinker, you will partner with the business on brand marketing, ensuring alignment with their objectives. Armed with superior communication and organizational skills, you will manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, serving as the liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet brand project deadlines. This is a hybrid role, in office Monday-Wednesday, and remote Thursday & Friday.How You’ll Shine

Partner with the business on brand strategy execution by supporting the vision of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with goals and measurable outcomes.

Contribute to the development and distribution of essential brand foundations.

Monitor and improve brand health by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on brand performance metrics such as awareness, sentiment, engagement, and perception to make strategic recommendations.

Leverage data for decision-making by using consumer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform brand strategies and make recommendations to the business.

Collaborate across teams by working closely with marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and communications to align brand efforts with business needs.

Drive partner and stakeholder engagement by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand positioning and align to business objectives.

Ensure brand integration with the larger enterprises and maintain consistency in brand positioning and messaging by working with communications and legal.

Optimize budget utilization by assisting in managing brand-related budgets to maximize impact while ensuring cost efficiency.

Develop detailed brand briefs to support strategic initiatives and recommendations.

Manage resource and project timelines to ensure timely deliverables and execution.

Travel RequirementsLimited travel required. Approximately less than 15% of time. This could include, but not limited to, site visits, production shoots, marketing events, and continuing education opportunities.What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.

2-4 years of experience in brand strategy or business performance analysis, with hospitality or travel industry or retail/e-commerce.

Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in brand performance measurement, consumer research, and market analysis.

Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive measurable results.

Experience with brand tracking tools, market research, and data analysis.

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Ability to work cross-functionally to align branding efforts with business objectives.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Project Management Software.
