Actalent is hiring Behavioral Health Professionals for a fully remote role in Florida!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional to provide clinical information and education through both inbound and outbound calls, triage behavioral health crisis calls, and utilize established protocols along with independent professional judgment. As an integral part of our team, you'll document assessments, plans, interventions, and results to support callers with their needs.Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls and triage behavioral health needs.

Document calls and actions using standard computer software applications.

Provide resources and education to non-licensed behavioral health staff.

Schedule and make follow-up calls to provide care facilitation.

Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope.

Work with other internal and external agency personnel to meet callers' needs.

Provide professional assessments and interventions within the scope of relevant licensure.

Provide information and behavioral health education to callers.

Hard Skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and data entry systems.

Proficient in data entry, typing, and call documentation.

Soft Skills

Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening.

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.

2-4 years of Behavioral Health experience in crisis interventions, case management, behavioral interventions, therapy, assessment and intake, or related area.

License/CertificationOne of the following licenses is required:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed Psychologist (LP)

Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC)

Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)

Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC)

Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)

Registered Nurse (RN)
