Whites Site Development an established long standing Site Work Contractor is looking for a full time Project Manager that has completed successful projects primarily in the Central FL. Our firm specialized in planning, surveying and mapping, permitting and construction administration of utility, residential and commercial site development and transportation projects. The position is full time.
Duties include logistics, contract management, buyout, PO, NTO, Lien Release and delivery of material and labor to our job site locations.
Requirements:
Experience is Critical
Experience in commercial and residential site development projects preferred.
Experience with Florida permitting and government agencies a strong plus.
Drainage design and modeling preferred.
