Customer Quality Engineer: Support Quality Management System (QMS) training, deployment, and maintenance (ISO/IATF 16949) teams.  Support internal audit programs and surveil our Layered Process Audit (LPA) structure/content.  Audit the quality of our manufacturing processes. Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards by applying reverse process failure mode effects analysis (PFMEA) methods.  Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs by reviewing cross-functional PFMEA/Control Plan “Walks” to assess manufacturing practice versus requirements; recommend corrective actions when needed. Minimal travel up to 10%.

Technical Project Manager: Design, integrate, and improve the manufacturing systems and any related processes. Work with commercial and industrial designers to refine the product designs to increase producibility and decrease costs. Apply engineering knowledge combined with the attention of the manufacturing sector operating under the international standards for the automotive quality management systems. Coordinate internal resources with third parties and vendors for the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility. Travel Required 15%. 

Systems Engineer Test Development: Work on the creation of the design verification plan and reports for existing and new products. Define test completion criteria and align internal test plans with customers. Collaborate with system test engineers on the design of the test activities. Develop case-driven test plans. Maintain traceability between test cases and system-level requirements. Define additional product requirements based on the operating environment. Develop a detailed project plan to track and communicate the progress. Drive risk-management activities by facilitating failure modes and effects (FMEA) analysis.
