Drywall Supervisor
Oversee the installation of drywall to walls and ceilings, ensuring adherence to blueprints and quality standards.
Supervise teams, coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and troubleshoot on-site issues. Proficiency in drywall installation and leadership skills required.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of drywall installers on construction sites.
Review project plans and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials needed.
Ensure that safety procedures and protocols are followed by all workers on the job site.
Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on progress and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in drywall installation
Worker's Comp/GL Insurance
Proven ability to supervise a team of drywall installers
Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
Knowledge of materials and tools used in drywall installation
Demonstrated ability to complete projects within deadlines and budget constraints
Transportation to Kissimmee is required M-F
Occasional visit to Longwood office to report to President & Comptroller
Weekly compensation as 1099
