About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized nanny to care for our two young children, a 4-month-old and a 1-year-and-2-month-old. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, able to create and maintain a nurturing environment, and support our children's growth through structured daily routines that encourage exploration, learning, and fun.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care for both children, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness.
Create and maintain a structured daily routine for playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities tailored to each child's age and developmental stage.
Encourage learning through age-appropriate activities, such as storytelling, sensory play, music, and interactive games.
Support developmental milestones by providing opportunities for exploration and skill-building.
Prepare and feed nutritious meals and snacks, following any dietary guidelines provided by the family.
Handle diaper changes, bottle feedings, and general infant care for the 4-month-old.
Engage the toddler in activities that build motor skills, communication, and curiosity.
Ensure the play area and common spaces are tidy and organized at the end of each day.
Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s activities, progress, and any concerns.
