Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time assistance to drivers experiencing technical, navigational, or operational issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems efficiently, offering clear and practical solutions.
Keep accurate records of driver interactions and ensure follow-ups on unresolved cases.
Work closely with the team to create a seamless support experience for drivers.
