As a new and rapidly growing business it’s imperative we are developing/improving processes to enhance the customer experience.
I don’t want to lose that as we scale.
This includes replying to customers via email, phone, text, and livechat. Answering questions, fielding leads for wholesale customers, updating customers about their order, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring any and all customer requests are tracked and handled.
The job doesn’t have a strict outline yet and the description will be determined by the person who fills it.
The only requirement I have is you’re capable of being told what the goal is or result is supposed to be and capable of determining a path to achieve it on your own.
This is the kind of job that would’ve really excited me. Yes, you’ll have to be nice to customers, but the business has taken off and whoever I hire is going to have an incredible amount of input as we scale.
I’m thinking to start as part time. $20/hr but if you explain how you see yourself helping me and follow up with a reasonable ask (for the value) I’m all for it.
