We are currently seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in connecting potential clients with our sales and marketing teams, helping vacation property owners take the next step in maximizing their property’s value.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls & Follow-ups: Reach out to potential clients, including vacation property owners, to schedule appointments for our sales team.

Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to gather necessary information, qualify their needs, and ensure they are the right fit for our services.

Manage Calendars: Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all meetings are set and confirmed.

CRM Management: Keep track of all appointments, leads, and follow-up activities in our CRM system to ensure no opportunities are missed.

Maintain Professional Communication: Provide a friendly, informative, and professional experience to all prospects, offering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to sales conversations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus but not required.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed goals or targets.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems; experience with call dialing systems is a plus.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and follow-ups.

Positive Attitude: Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping others.

The Schedule is Monday- Thursday: 10am-5pm, Friday: 10am-2pm
