We are seeking an experienced and energetic Construction Director to join our team!
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the construction of self-storage facilities from inception to completion.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
-Manage subcontractors, schedules, and material procurement.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including investors and senior management.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on self-storage facilities.
-Active General Contractor (GC) license in the state of Florida.
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
-Energetic, adaptable, and willing to relocate to the North Orlando Area.
-[Optional] Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
