The position requires the following:
At least 2 years experience in tax preparation using Drake Software.
A degree in Accounting is a Plus.
Experience in 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 Income Tax Return.
Be proficient in computer applications such as QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Maintain client documents.
Team player and work in a small friendly office environment where cooperation is a must.
Detail-oriented, multi-task where accuracy is a must. Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Spanish is spoken at the office and is required to establish excellent communication with our clients.
Work is performed in person at the office.
