Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the Ground Transportation trucking industry at our Opa-Locka, Florida location. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting operations and leading a team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our company's financial health and making sure we meet our financial goals.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency Lead and manage a team of 6 employees, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes and improve productivity Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing Implement and manage the budget processes, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to generate comprehensive financial reports Leverage skills in 3M and ADP - Financial Services to manage financial operations Regularly review and update accounting functions and processes for continuous improvement Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Reach out to Nadine Badran for considerationRequirements Possess proficiency in 3M tools and techniques Demonstrable experience with Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively Proficient in Crystal Reports Strong understanding of general accounting functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) Excellent auditing skills Knowledge of budget processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
