Requirements:
Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Knowledge of Real Estate: Basic understanding of real estate and the ability to identify distressed or vacant properties.
Attention to Detail: Ability to notice subtle details and characteristics of properties while driving through neighborhoods.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to report findings accurately to the acquisitions team.
Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
