Spotter – Heavy Equipment Yard (Crestview, FL)
Full-Time | \$18/hr | Mon–Fri, 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
We’re hiring a Spotter for a local landfill and materials site in the Crestview area. This is a long-term opportunity in a laid-back, team-focused environment—perfect for dependable individuals who value steady work, a solid crew, and working outdoors.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with equipment operators to help move oversized or heavy materials
Maintain awareness of safety zones and proper material flow
Work as part of a consistent, reliable team
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (construction, labor yard, or similar)
Able to follow safety guidelines and communicate clearly with equipment operators
Best fit for someone who works well in a relaxed, family-oriented environment
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
$18/hour
