Action Labor of Staffing Connection Fort Walton Beach needs an part time Operations Assistant now!

We are a thriving staffing company that needs a competent Operations Assistant to help manage the day-to-day activities in the office along side the Branch Manager. Our mission is to connect labor professionals with thriving companies in construction, light and heavy industrial markets. We need another talented individual who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and can connect with people of ALL walks of life.

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00/HR + BONUS INCENTIVES

Schedule: Mon- Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm (occasional weekends once trained)

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to): assist running the office, recruit temporary workers, and pay-out employees at the end of the day.

You must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, excellent communication skills, and ability to take the initiative when needed to keep office operations running smoothly

Full Job Description:

Operations Assistant will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the Operations Assistant will include recruiting temporary workers, paying out temps in the evenings, answering phones and emails with professional etiquette, supporting the Branch Manager, and performing all administrative duties on our proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Operations Assistant ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Must have reliable transportation and minimum 1 YEAR of OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/ TEMP STAFFING EXPERIENCE
