Location: Destin, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach/30A
Pay: $45 per hour (paid per job, invoices processed within 24 hours or at the end of the week)

We are hiring Vacation Rental Maintenance Technicians to handle on-call maintenance tickets from guests, inspectors, and management. This is a flexible, as-needed role that offers consistent work opportunities while allowing you to manage your own schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond to maintenance tickets, which may include:
- Delivering small items guests may not be able to find (brooms, blankets, propane tanks, etc.)
- Basic handyman repairs (fixing broken chairs, realigning doors, tightening fixtures)
- Handling minor emergency repairs (e.g., patching small drywall damage, addressing minor leaks)
- Occasionally responding to urgent guest needs (e.g., assisting with a golf cart flat tire)
- Work efficiently to resolve issues as quickly as possible while maintaining high standards
- Communicate with inspectors, guests, and management regarding ongoing maintenance concerns
Travel between properties across Destin, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach/30A
What We’re Looking For:
- General handyman skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available for on-call maintenance requests
- Reliable transportation to cover job sites efficiently
- Ability to provide your own tools for general repairs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must live within a 30-minute drive of Miramar Beach for quick response times
- Specialized trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) are a plus but not required
Compensation: (1099 contractor):
- $45/hour
- Regular opportunities for work, especially on weekends
- Reimbursement for necessary maintenance materials
