We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team in the Destin area. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, equipment, and public areas.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and tools.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
Prior maintenance experience preferred (hotel or facility setting a plus).
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call availability.
