Need a person with or without solar experience to help during installations and repairs. No experience needed; we will train you as you go. We pay by the job not the hour; this is to your benefit. If the job takes 4 hours and we offered $200 for the job, you just made $50/hr. The more experience you have with us, the more we pay you per job.
You will be asked to get tools, set up ladders, tighten nuts, drill, install various components as you progress.
