High-rise condo in Miramar Beach looking for positive, outgoing people to fill 2 full-time, year round Common Area Cleaning positions. Some light maintenance (changing bulbs, air filters, etc.) will be needed.
Cleaning experience required.
This position is approximately 70% outside work around the property - mostly on walkways, at the pool, around the grounds, etc. Weekends are required.
$18 - $20/hour depending on experience, plus annual bonus, PTO and Vacation time. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including medical insurance, dental, vision, etc.
