Looking for a team member that can perform as a Customer Service Representative for our busy restoration company. This person will answer office service calls and schedule appointments as well as fill in for other positions within the company. We provide on the job training.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
They must be able to perform random tasks from day to day however this position will work in the office scheduling and customer service at least 2 days a week.
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently and with others
Must be good at general computer knowledge
Organizing skills for office, property materials, equipment, and inventory
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record is important
Flexible Schedule: must work weekends but may have some weekends off.
Fill in other positions where needed
Basic light mechanical ability is a plus
Routine maintenance and minor repairs is a plus
Repairs and installations of fixtures and appliances
Cleaning and straightening
Honest and reliable is required.
