Qualifications:
1. Hood Cleaning Experience and/or Pressure Washing Experience: Experience in hood cleaning and/or pressure washing is highly
sought for this role. Candidates should have a strong understanding of industry best practices and techniques to deliver high-quality
cleaning services.
2. Having a Truck and Trailer: The ideal candidate should have access to a truck
and trailer for transporting equipment and supplies to job sites. This will ensure
the efficient operation of our services and the ability to accommodate client
needs.
3. Ability to Work Overnight and Early Mornings: Our business operates during
unconventional hours to accommodate our clients' needs. The ideal candidate
should be willing and able to work overnight shifts and early mornings as
required.
4. Demonstrate High Rate of Professionalism: Upholding a professional demeanor is essential in our industry. We're looking for
someone who can represent our company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
5. Self-Motivated: As a business partner, you'll need to be proactive and driven, taking
initiative to ensure the smooth operation and growth of our company.
6. Constantly Develop and Implement Systems to Improve Service: We're committed to
delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. You should be able to identify
areas for improvement, develop innovative systems, and implement them effectively to
enhance our service offerings.
7. General Knowledge of Small Engines: A basic understanding of small engines will be
beneficial in our line of work, enabling you to troubleshoot and maintain equipment efficiently.
8. Enjoy Training Others: As a leader in our company, you'll have the opportunity to train and mentor team members. We're looking for
someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others
grow.
9. Completely Drug-Free: We maintain a drug-free work
environment to ensure the safety and well-being of our team
and clients. The ideal candidate should be drug-free and able
to pass regular drug screenings.
10. Not Under Any Bankruptcy Proceedings: Financial stability is important in our business partnership. You should not be currently
under any bankruptcy proceedings.
11. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role, as you may need to drive company vehicles and equipment.

We Provide Support and Infrastructure: We have back-end customer communication systems, a website, and most major equipment
needs covered. Additionally, we have training videos, operational standards, a cell phone for job tracking and mandatory uploaded
pictures and forms, job reports, estimate sheets, and access to our current customer base.
What are the investment requirements?
Monetary investments will be very minimal. You may need to invest in some hand tools, and small items however to begin
we have what’s necessary. Access to a reliable towing capable vehicle is important.
Ownership Opportunity:
It's important to note that this is not a job offer but an ownership opportunity based on profits. Understand that at first monetary
returns may be low especially if training is required. This is to be expected with owning most businesses at first. Most businesses lose
money the first few years, however, we expect quick growth. If you are an individual who needs money now, this is probably not for
you. Ownership percentage rates will be disclosed during the interview process. Also understand there will be a probationary period
before the partnership becomes solidified. So, it will be up to you to show you are capable. As a partner, you will have a stake in the
success of the business and will share in the profits accordingly.
Selection Process:
If selected to proceed after the interview process, we'll provide you with a comprehensive study guide to prepare for the written
exam. Additionally, you'll receive a list of practical tests that you'll need to perform and pass to demonstrate your skills and readiness
for the role.
Partnership Role Description:
As a business partner you will be actively involved in most aspects of our service-based operation. Your responsibilities will include
ensuring the safety of our team and clients, providing training and guidance to employees, managing job quality and standards,
handling callouts and job rescheduling, and constantly seeking ways to improve our services and performance.
