Landscaping Assistant Manager

Responsible for overseeing designated areas, including mowing, installation and trimming of trees and bushes, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation.ResponsibilitiesAssists with implementing programs provided by the corporate facilities manager related to the maintenance of corporate building grounds, OPC building grounds, and corporate assets.Responsible for the installation and maintenance of new landscaping projects throughout assigned areas.Ensures all assigned jobs are completed in a timely manner and provides instruction to lawn techs regarding their tasks.Interprets policies for lawn techs and enforces safety regulations.Suggests changes in working conditions and equipment usage to improve efficiency.Analyzes and resolves work-related problems, providing assistance to lawn techs when needed.Maintains accurate records of time and production.Keeps an up-to-date inventory of tools and equipment assigned to the work area.Monitors the landscaping vehicle fleet to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service, collaborating with the inventory specialist and fleet management to verify licensure and stickers are current.Performs lawn tech tasks as needed.Complies with all CFI policies and procedures.Represents CFI professionally at all times through appearance, attire, and behavior, as outlined in the team member’s handbook.Diligently works to gain the knowledge and experience required to perform the role to its full potential.Performs other duties as assigned by corporate facilities leadership.
