The primary responsibility of this role is to review and verify proposals for mail-out accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness before sending out paperwork. This includes carefully checking all details and documentation to meet company standards. Once the paperwork is dispatched, the role involves proactive follow-up with clients or stakeholders to ensure that the required documents are returned within established timeframes.Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to resolve any issues that may arise during the process. The ideal candidate will also embody and adhere to the company’s core values, maintaining a commitment to professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service.IntegrityPassionWork EthicEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHandling inbound and outbound calls with timeshare owners and/or internal customers.Communicating and following up with timeshare owners by phone, email, and/or letter regarding their outstanding contract documents and assisting them in signing the documents electronically or by mail.Assisting timeshare owners with questions about their outstanding documents, making payments, usage inquiries, and/or general account inquiries.Responsibilities include verifying sales proposals from internal customers to ensure the proposals are correct and accurate before contracts are entered into the system.
