We are an established flooring company looking for experienced tile, hardwood floor installers and sanding subcontractors. Tasks include Installation, Sanding/Refinishing Hardwood floors and tile setting. Pay is piecework. Most work is in renovations and done in Ocala, Villages, Leesburg areas.
Installer - Need to know how to install laminate, engineered and solid flooring. (sanding optional) Must have dump trailer and ability to remove and replace baseboards, furniture and appliances.
Sander - Need to know how to install solid hardwood and sand, stain and finish different types of hardwood. Must have drum sander (Big machine), edger and be able to move furniture.
Tile - Need to be highly experienced in large format, glass, ceramic and porcelain tile setting, shower remodels, shower pans, curbs, shower seats and floor tile. Must also be able to demo and dispose of materials and move furniture.
You will need to have a reliable truck, drivers license and be commercially insured. Please respond by telling me a little about your experience, tools and crew.
