Position Title: Window Covering Installer / Customer Care Specialist
Location: Lady Lake with all work performed in the Villages and surrounding areas
Position to be filled by March 31, 2024
Daily Job Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work van
Load work vehicle with product and supplies needed for installs
Drive to customer’s location in a safe and professional manner
Remove existing window covering
Follow company and vendor procedures for product installation
Follow company procedure on work flow and documentation
Troubleshoot various types of products
Teach customer how to properly operate and maintain products
Minimum Requirements
Current driver's license
Proficient with a power drill
Willing to have a background check
Show up for work consistently and on time
Integrity with all responsibilities
Ability and desire to communicate clearly and timely with co-workers and customers
