We are Coast & Country Fence, LLC, and we have expanded our business to central Florida and looking to setup a couple crews in Marion County. We have been servicing the Florida east coast for 21 years, building custom fences & decks, giving property owners security, privacy and enhanced curb appeal. We also do landscape design, executing full transformations of outdoor spaces with foliage & scape layouts and ornamental tree installations, low voltage lighting, rock, pebble & ground cover applications. We do about almost anything to create custom outdoor spaces for anyone!
Right now we are looking for sub contractors who are experienced and looking for a steady flow of work AND any motivated, hard working individual who is looking to learn a trade in the world of construction.

Qualifications:
You must be physically fit & able to lift, squat, bend, tote, carry, dig and most importantly follow instructions.
Have knowledge or be willing to learn how to use power tools such as cordless drills, circular saws, drivers, chain saws, nail guns etc., read a tape measure, use a level etc.
Be DRAMA FREE! No drugs or crazy exes showing up on the job creating scenes.
Must have a valid Drivers license
Must be able to work full time. 40 plus hours a week. 5 day work week M-F. Occasionally Saturdays.
We will teach you our process & keep you busy. In return for your superior work & work ethic we will pay you very well! Pay grade is above the industry average and negotiable depending on your experience. We are simply just honest, hard working business owners looking to hire some honest hard working folks to join & complete our team.
