We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. We are located in Weirsdale FL, but will be working all around Central Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving roofing sales growth through direct engagement with clients and developing strong relationships within their assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products and services.
Develop new business opportunities through effective territory management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in door knocking and roofing sales.
Strong understanding of territory management principles and retail sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

A valid driver's license may be required for travel within the assigned territory.
