Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand our products and procedures to better present to customers. In-depth knowledge of kitchen and bath design and industry trends. Creates outside leads and sales. Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions. Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs. Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer. Prepares cabinet drawings using 20/20 Design / KCD and other computer software. Able to create quotes and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale. Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed. Creates purchase orders for all jobs and orders materials and/or installers for the project. Initiates any job change orders. Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details. Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
2+ years of experience in sales.
2+ years of experience in the kitchen and bath cabinet industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in using a computer for daily data, communication, quotes, and proposals. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Good organizational skills.
