We are looking for self-motivated, customer-oriented, and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our Property Management Company. We want to help YOU build your career! This rewarding position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to do what they love. We are looking for someone that can close leads, show homes, do interior inspections, put out signs, grab mail and do you their due diligence in following through with the lead.
We have interested home owners that want us to mange their homes and need to speak and sometimes meet with an agent to hand over keys, go over key points and talk prices.
Pay fee varies for agents:
We will need a W9, copy of real estate license, copy of id and we will mail out a 1099 at the end of the year if over $600.
You will get paid commission on any sales, you will get paid a flat rate per Property Management lead you close, you will get paid a flat rate per interior inspection and when you do a move in inspection.
Key Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Negotiation and presentation skills are key.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market and the rental and purchase process. Honesty and integrity.
- Experience using basic software and technology and show a willingness to adapt and learn new systems.
