Fast paced office position at The Taylor Companies of Ocala located at 3960 S. Pine Ave. We are a housing rental company that owns and manages over 100 rental homes, 2 mobile home parks and acquires & renovates new rental properties. This is a fast paced job and requires multi tasking, scheduling, dispatching, organization, data entry, google calendar entry answering 3 phone lines, excellent computer skills, marketing of rental homes inc. taking photos.
This is a perfect position for those wanting a career path in residential rental housing operations, residential flipping, & assisting with project management of renovation projects.
Job duties include:
Coordinate tenant repair requests (scheduling contractors, follow-up & billing)
Dispatch service providers
Ordering and tracking of materials for property repairs & renovations
Advertise properties for rent or for sale online and social media.
Assist management with acquisition of new real estate assets
Answering phones
Data Entry
Processing applications for rental homes
Creating documents
Salary: Starting $18.00 / hr. Holiday Pay, plus Paid Time Off.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30 nights and weekends off
