The Taylor Companies is hiring a full time skilled handyman with knowledge of various remodeling and repairs. Hiring HIGHLY skilled carpenters for a home rental company. Our company manages over 150 properties, so this is a fast paced job with a lot of rehab work. A large portion of our properties have mobile homes and the tenants can leave the homes in rough shape at times.
Hiring a very detailed, hard working person. $17.00 - $20.00 an hour start pay, with a 90 day re-evaluation and potential raise based on skill and efficiency. We offer 8 days of holiday pay after 90 days, and 5 days of PTO after 1 yr.
