Key responsibilities
Operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment: Technicians are proficient in setting up, using, and maintaining various pressure washer types, including gas and electric models, and potentially hot water units. They inspect equipment for functionality and address any issues.
Surface assessment and cleaning: They assess surfaces before cleaning to determine the appropriate techniques and solutions needed. They apply the necessary cleaning agents and use the appropriate nozzles and attachments for effective cleaning.
Adhering to safety protocols: Pressure washing involves risks, so technicians must adhere to strict safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) like goggles or face shields, gloves, and waterproof boots.
Customer service and communication: Effective communication with clients is crucial for understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Record keeping and documentation: Technicians document the work completed and report any concerns or additional services required.
