In search a lawn maintenance employee

In search of a reliable Lawn service employee. This work involves mowing, edging, weedeating, blowing off, trimming hedges, etc. This is a private business that I have had for over 20 years now. I'm 80 years old and need someone that I can rely on to show up daily and do the level of work expected. Drivers license and reliable transportation are needed. We will meet at my house in the morning and I will drive us to the jobs throughout the day.
