Looking for 1 person who is well experienced and wants to work! These are the requirements, you must meet all of them, or no need to apply.
1) Well rounded and experienced doing grounds maintenance. Worked for a maintenance company before. I am a small company and not able to train someone. Must be able to run a line trimmer, stick edger, hedge clippers and blower. Zero turn experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
2) Must be ready to work. Anyone can land a job, but many can't show up. I'm looking for someone who wants to work and earn a paycheck.
3) Must not have a drug or alcohol problem that will interfere with you working, showing up, or doing your job.
4) Must have a way to and from work. A clean DL is desirable, but not mandatory. I live in Hernando.
5) Must be a self starter. If you've done this before, you know what needs to be done.
6) You understand 1-5, and can answer yes to all of them!
