General maintenance / landscaping

We are looking for some one that can do general maintenance. We have a plaza in Summerfield, Fl. off of 441/27 across from the Walmart. This person would be responsible for emptying all trash, some cleaning, picking up the parking lot and doing small projects within the plaza. They would also be responsible for doing the landscaping, cutting grass, weed whacking and so on. A golf cart is provided.
