Sun Homes, FL (DBA: Factory Built Homes Inc.) is looking for a capable general laborer to help us with a project in Bushnell over the next 30 days.
This employment opportunity is the perfect summer gig for anyone who enjoys a flexible schedule and hands on work.
Depending upon work ethic and performance there is potential for extending this opportunity into future projects.
This job offers a 40 hour work week at a rate of $15 an hour or negotiable depending on experience. This is a 1099 job, benefits are not included.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck.)
Must be able to lift 50+lbs.
Must have experience in the field of manual labor.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Demoing, painting, landscaping, maintenance, picking up and dropping off materials, any additional skills are a plus. Must be able to work without supervision and have a problem solving mindset.
The job:
Essentially we are preparing a large plot of land lot with an adjunct office space to act as a liaison for our growing modular and manufactured home business. You will be reporting directly to the owner and expected to conduct all business in an efficient and professional manner.
