Looking to hire a person to live-in our home and be a caregiver/supervisor/assistant for our elderly parents and an older Golden Retriever dog who live in there own 800 sq ft suite below. This person will have their own bedroom and separate bathroom. Free room and board. Their home is located on the outskirts of Dunnellon, Florida. Responsibilities, all aspects of care giving for the elderly, including but not limited to, dog walks, companionship, outings, assist with walking, chair transfers, toileting, grooming, bathing, dressing, wound care, doctor appointments, veterinarian appointments, administer and tracking of medicine, plan and cook all meals, grocery shopping, laundry, house cleaning. Transportation as needed (Vehicle on site for use). Care giver must be CNA certified, and have dementia patient experience, driver license, and must be able to transfer a 160 lb. man off the floor and into a wheelchair. Flexible day time hours and Flexible time off as needed with advance notice. Background check, Driver’s license and references required. Salary commensurate with experience.
