Offering room, board, expenses for a compatible caregiver
who would be willing to be a live-in, but in a "stand-by",
"as-needed" role.
A family member is usually present and takes care of
most of the tasks. It's only when they would step out to
go to the grocery store, errands, etc. that someone is
needed to just be present at the home. No direct
caregiver type work called for in that situation.
Family member waiting to return to full time employment
(construction contractor for a major builder), when work
resumes, then the live-in caregiver would be paid (on top
of room & board). Waiting on mortgage rates to drop &
demand for new homes to kick in. Until that time, only
room & board (and perhaps expense compensation) is
offered.
Person needing supervision/care suffers from mild dementia
and relates better to a woman. Compatible lifestyle would be
a retiree type homebody.
Send resume and pay expected when working.
